Heavy Equipment Operator Training - In Thunder Bay

Students will learn to use the:
  • Excavator 
  • Dozer
  • Articulated Rock Truck

WHEN:  Future date TBD.

WHERE: Week 1 In-class Safety Awareness Training/Theory will take place at the KKETS Warehouse, 670 Beaverhall Pl., Thunder Bay, ON

Week 2-6 will be on site at a nearby gravel pit off HWY 61

WHO: Open to Matawa members

Students will receive a Certificate of Completion for 150 hours of total machine time. Students will be placed in employment positions where available upon graduation. Tuition, shuttle and PPE will be provided. To register please complete the KKETS intake form Below as well as the SDF Participant Registration Form. Applications must be fully complete to be accepted into the program. Future cohorts will be announced soon. Limited seats available.
